**Return & Refund Policy – Masar**
At **Masar**, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy, we’re here to make things right.
**Returns**
* You may return items within **14 days** of receiving your order.
* Items must be **unused, unworn, unwashed**, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
* For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or face masks cannot be returned.
* Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
**Refunds**
* Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
* Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within **7–14 business days**.
* Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund.
**Exchanges**
* Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
* If the desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
**Damaged or Defective Items**
* If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within **48 hours** of receiving your order with photos as proof. We will arrange a replacement or a refund.
**How to Return an Item**
1. Email us at Masar.fashion.2025@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with the return instructions and address.
3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
